1960 Marina Vlady
Teaser Storyline for Wicked Go To Hell Two escaped convicts, Rudel (SERGE REGGIANI) and Macquart (HENRY VIDAL), seek refuge in an isolated cabin, inhabited by an artist and his young mistress, Eva (MARINA VLADY). When the artist attempts to defend his domicile, he is brutally murdered by Macquart. Stunned and horrified by the murder of her lover, Eva tries to escape. After a chase and a struggle, she is forcibly detained by the convicts. Consumed by bitterness and grief. . . and faced with the hopelessness of her situation, she affects a reserved cooperation with the convicts, while she plans an escape. Taken in by her passiveness, Macquart tells her the story of his escape from prison. The film flashes back as he tells his story: In prison, Rude! and Macquart are suspected of having squealed on one of their accomplices. As the word of their suspected duplicity rumbles through the penitentiary grapevine, hate and a desire for revenge manifests itself among the other convicts and results in some terrifying

incidents that convince Rudel and Macquart that they must escape from prison or die at the hands of their fellow-prisoners. They make a hurriedly-planned escape, leaving dead guards in their wake. . . and forcibly procuring a small panel truck, they lead pursuing police a wild, hair-raising chase. To throw their pursuers off their track, they send the truck over a cliff and set out on foot, through dangerous marshes that more than once threaten to take the lives they have thus far saved from their fellow-convicts. After a long, desperate flight, during which they suffer much hardship, they come to the isolated cabin occupied by Eva and her lover. The film flashes back to the present as Macquart concludes his account of the escape. Eva feigns sympathy and assumes a passive existence with the two convicts that belies the scheming in her tortured mind. Nerves rubbed raw from fear of apprehension and constant vigil.. . and tormented by the presence of Eva, whose physical attributes and sultry manner are enough to drive them mad, Rudel and Macquart acquire distrust for one another. In time they openly display their competition for Eva's charms and a growing hatred for each other. Eva, revenge bitter in her heart, openly invites the attentions of first one, then the other, of the fugitives. . . hoping thereby to create a dissension that will cause them to kill each other . . . . .

RENE WHEELER Realities International Films, Inc. presents MOTION PICTURE ASSOCIATION of AMERICA "B" RATING - A FANFARE FILMS RELEASE - Running time: 74 minutes APPROVED - NATIONAL LEGION OF DECENCY If MARINA VLADY were born in the Unittd States she would probably have spent her early days in the traditional show-business-family trunk, or acquired her education at the Professional Childrens' School. Her mother was an actress, her father a sculptor, her only brother an artist and MARINA, with her three sisters, spent their infancy being tutored in the arts, dancing and acting. They all speak four languages. Having acquired more than an ordinary proficiency in these various pursuits, it has become frustrating, indeed, for MARINA to be hailed "Miss BODY of 1960", a tribute to her voluptuous body with its generous supply of curves. Five feet seven inches tall, in her stocking feet, Miss Vlady's long black hair hangs down well below her shoulders. Her vital statistics include measurements of 36-22-34, sensuously assembled proportions that assume an unusually breathtaking appeal marked by a slightly adolescent softness mingled with an obvious maturity. At Eighteen, MARINA VLADY is considered one of the most beautiful young stars in French motion pictures. Her cultural tastes are as unique as her exquisite physical attractions. Among her huge record collection are the finest symphonies. . . yet, one could find, alongside of Bach, a hot rendition of New Orleans Jazz. Likewise, her well-stocked book shelves reflect among the classics, well-thumbed collections of hair-raising detective fiction. Click here for more
