truck driven by Benson (Norman KIar), a young hippie. Benson takes her to his desert hideout which he shares with his "family." The "family" consists of four girls, Karen (Tammy Gibbs), Jinx (Kathy Stutsrnan), Brook (Mary Thatcher) and Diane. Diane is Benson's girl and jealous of the newcomer. Maggie and Diane fight, and before Benson can separate them, Maggie begins to abort the pregnancy.

Benson goes into town and forces a doctor (Lou Jofferd) to return to the hideout and treat the sick girl. Following the emergency, to insure the doctor's silence, Benson has the girls seduce him, while he, Benson, photographs' the sexy scenes.

After her recovery, Maggie becomes part of the gang. The girls thumb rides from unsuspecting male motorists, then rob them. In short order they ripoff six drivers.

Diane's hatred for Maggie culminates in a fight, and Maggie is almost drowned.

With part of their swag, Benson purchases a used school-bus for the gang's trip to Los Angeles. The remainder of the loot is sold to Reb (Blue McKenzie), a motorcyclist-fence. A wild all-night party ensues. Everyone gets stoned. The next morning everyone but Benson, Maggie and Brook have split, stealing everything worth taking.

The three loyalists stop an old farmer, commandeer his car and drive off to town to pick up their bus. On the way to Los Angeles they stop to pick up a young girl hitchhiker.
