When three sexy secretaries decide to go skiing and find out what ski weekends are all about, almost anything can happen . .. and does. The girls go to a local ski shop to rent equipment and they meet Eric, a ski pro. Eric persuades them to go skiing at his favorite resort and while the girls try on clothes, Eric telephones Alan, the manager of the lodge and tells him he has lined up three new girls. While they are talking, Elvin, Alan's assistant listens in. The three plan their weekend and the seduction of the girls.

The girls are way ahead of the skiers. They plan the seduction of the three men. On their way to the lodge the girls make their plans and when they arrive the fun begins. During a crazy weekend of drinking lovemaking and skiing everyone pairs up with everyone else. The only member of the group who fails to score is Elvin. Elvin is completely inept at almost everything but especially with girls. In a series of mishaps Elvin drinks too much and passes out. When he tries to show off his skiing prowess, he falls and almost breaks his neck. Alan and Eric, playing the game perfectly score easily. As they are waving goodbye and girls are leaving, Elvin slips and falls in the snow. Eric and Alan laugh at him but as they are walking away, they slip and fall and Elvin has the last laugh.
