Savages from Hell

Savages from Hell is an ACTION motion picture depicting a conflict between migrant workers and a motorcycle gang set in the swamp country of Southwest Florida. MARCO and TERESA are brother and sister, children of migrant workers CLAUDIO and MARIA. TERESA and MARCO are teenagers. MARCO works in a gas station, repairing swamp buggies and hoping to learn to be a mechanic so that he can rescue his family from the migrant workers' life. His friend REUBEN (played by CYRIL POITIER) is teaching him the work. TERESA hangs around the station, bored and at loose ends. She falls for HI TEST, the leader of a motorcycle gang. LUCY, HI TEST'S girl, becomes jealous and morose.
At the Swamp Buggy races, (shown for the first time in a motion picture), HI TEST makes a play for TERESA who is responding . but MARCO and other migrant workers break it up. Meanwhile, LUCY, seeking to get even with HI TEST, goes to the gas station and tries to seduce REUBEN. HI TEST shows up and

there is a fight, with MARCO helping REUBEN in the nick of time. Later, at the beach, while the motorcycle gang has a ball surfing, body painting, dancing, drinking, HI TEST decides to "get even". With one buddy he leaves the gang, goes to the migrant camp and kidnaps TERESA, taking her to a shack in the swamp. There, he attacks her. LUCY, furious, tells MARCO and REUBEN where HI TEST is . and they all arrive with the sheriff to find TERESA disheveled and weeping. LUCY runs down HI TEST with the swamp buggy in which they came. MARCO and TERESA go to try to start life over.
