In the not-too-distant future, sex will be illegal... but there will be Rollerbabies! - thanks to another wildly explicit, farcical sex romp from producer-director CARTER STEVENS, who brought you LICKITY SPLIT and THE HOT OVEN. Probably the most imaginative film of its kind, Rollerbabies is unlike any hard-core feature you will ever experience. This science-fictional sex extravaganza concerns the adventures of a television producer in a future society in which overpopulation has made sex between people a crime. Nothing less will satisfy the demands of the totalitarian government, and so masturbation becomes the hyper-horny population's only LEGAL sexual release.
To meet the demands of the carnal consumers, pornography becomes Big Business. Self-styled sex becomes the national past-time, even though everyone is taking sex-suppressants to repress their desire to attack anything that moves.
Sherman Frobish (ROBERT RANDOM) produces a cable-TV variety show featuring licensed "sex performers" engaged in bizarre "specialties." He and his nubile nubian secretary Alice (YOLANDA SAVALAS) have trouble keeping up with their work - because Sherman has trouble keeping it

down. He employs the services of his inventor-in-residence, the mad Dr. Rochsov (PHILLIP DE HAT) to perfect super-scientific devices to aid him in his quest for ecstasy. Among them are a sex-stimulant to seduce law-abiding citizens into breaking the anti-sex laws, and security measures to keep him from being caught.
The plot concerns the sudden plunge of Sherman's fortunes, from the cancellation of his TV show, through the threats of a nasty-sounding loan shark demanding payment, to his harassment by the CIA - the Carnal Intelligence Agency. Their agent Anita Gumshoes (played by Carter Stevens' newest discovery, the voluptuous SUZANNE McBAIN) has discovered Sherman's illegal sexual activity - and uses her ability to read minds and manipulate objects through mental energy to "get her man."
But after Sherman seduces even Ms. Gumshoes, she displays HER unique talent: "giving mind," a telepathic sex act in which Anita produces a climactic effect on Frobish without even touching him!
His empire crumbling, his creditors pounding on his door, Sherman desperately seeks a new way to drum up some capital . . with littIe success. A lifelike robot-a moving "plastic party-doll" - fails when it proves TOO lifelike; it becomes pregnant. Failure follows failure until, at the last moment, the irrepressible Dr. Rochsov unveils the ROLLER-GYRO STABILIZER-which inspires Sherman to create the newest sex-craze of the not-too-distant future: SEX ON ROLLERSKATES!
And so, at film's close, Sherman Frobish is once more in the chips-as he watches the most fantastic, frenetic, and far-out sexual free-for-all erupt around him in blushing, beautiful color.., as the Rollerbabies do their stuff!
