1978 Kyoto Gee
An informant discovers a million-dollar cocaine manufacturer in the West Valley. His police contact, the voluptuous Sgt. Pecker, pays for her information with her body, as usual. Chief Barker, the commander, having simultaneously discovered the same info, celebrates with a mid-afternoon probe of his secretary's thighs.
They want the top man, Frank Shark! Pecker is assigned to bug his apartment and maintain surveillance. No successful drug dealer can stay in business without someone on the inside. Frank is very successful. He decides to turn the tables.
Meanwhile, at the laboratory, the crazed scientist who manufacturers the cocaine inhales a little too much of his own product causing a near disaster as he jumps his female assistant in a ton of cocaine. After minutes of this numbing sexual escapade the scientist spreads it on her stomach and it turns immediately into bread dough.
Frank Shark frantically sets up his plan. He decides to capture on film the sexual actions of the Chief and Sgt. Pecker at the stakeout. Frank calls for his
