Teaser Storyline for Night of the Howling Beast
A strange scientific mission leads to Tibet in search of the abominable snowman and other bizarre curiosities. In the expedition one man...Waldemar is bitten by a man-like animal and his system contaminated. He thinks he will die . . . but instead lives on becoming more beast-like with each passing day and longing for blood.
The expedition loses some of its members to a cruel war-like native leader. This man is dying from an incurable disease and is being treated with human flesh from live victims to help keep him alive. Waldemar and the native chief have a fight to the death and the chief is killed. The members of the expedition are stilt trapped by the cruel female leader and thrown into her torture dungeon. In a wanton orgy of blood a rescue is attempted and eventually Waldemar has the curse lifted which he has been plagued with.

Paul Naschy, star of Night of the Howling Beast, is

considered to be the world's foremost screen horror star today. He started making films of this kind in 1968 and continues to make them at an amazing rate of production - where many of the older stars do very few pictures currently. Naschy is also a director and writer - in some cases being a triple threat horror star. Some of his films include "HUNCHBACK OF THE MORGUE", "FRANKENSTEIN'S BLOODY TERROR" and "HOUSE OF PSYCHOTIC WOMEN". Naschy's ability to play werewolves and other animal-like monsters with convincing reality has brought him the great fame he has gotten in the last few years. A Naschy film is always sure to be a blood-thirsty shocker.
