Moving Violation is the story of youth today as three young men and two beautiful girls start out for a day's pleasure in a Volkswagen bus. It isn't long before one of the couples decides that the back of the bus would be a good place to swing. As the bus travels along the highway, the couple in the back become totally involved in their sexual fun.

The people up front watch all this activity and want a piece of the action. Soon the bus is parked by the side of the road and alt hands are in the back seat. Two of the boys and two of the girls think that the third boy is one too many and they force him out onto the street.

The bus continues on to the beach where the two couples continue their sexual fun and games in the water and on the beach.

What they don't know is that the third boy has been following them, with hate in his heart. As he watches their wild sexual involvement on the beach, he becomes more and more incensed and it is this anger that brings the film to its wild climax.
