Hot Shots is a breezy, laugh-filled comedy full of outrageous situations and kinky episodes. It traces the adventures of Tex Buliwanger, a well-hung but awkward young man who comes to the Big City in search of excitement. Posing as a photographer in a lush, plush, glamorous studio, he dreams of seducing the entire female population of the city. It doesn't quite work out according to plan, but it ends up in a lot of fun.

In one hilarious episode, he is seduced by a voluptuous, lusty landlady with insatiable appetites. She rents him an apartment in exchange for stud service. In another escapade, he dailies with an eccentric lady painter who wants to be admired not so much as a piece of ass, but for the talent of her ass. She is undecided whether to call her art, rectal realism, or anal expressionism. Tex has further adventures aboard a friend's yacht with an ambidextrous young nymphet. The finale is an imaginative exercise in sexual gymnastics involving the hero and a pair of high-flying, fun-loving teenies.
