A tramp looks through a junkyard for something of value. He finds some jewelry and attached to it the corpse of a beautiful young blonde. The police investigate and find that the blonde worked in a notorious nite club, whose reputation for catering to the tastes of sex perverts is all too well known.
The police investigator follows a trail of incredible sensuality on the case of the dead blonde. It next leads to a supposed religious community, which turns out to be a porno saloon, usually frequented by rich men with strange tastes. And, some of the bizarre activities going on at this location are many times photographed and used for blackmail of the prominent citizens who take part in these activities.
An underworld group is found to be using some tough sexy girls to get information which leads to extortion. When the facts are finally revealed a network of sexual corruption is uncovered which features everything from pornography to group sex to thrill killing.
