A young girl, alone in a strange city and broke, takes inevitable road - she goes on the street. Her very first job is a cop. He takes her to a hotel room, and after she puts on quite a show for him, he arrests her.

From the very moment that she is introduced to life in a girls' prison, it turns out to be a nightmare of sexual horror. The warden has a very distinct liking for girls. To gain her favor, the girls soon learn that they have to perform all sorts of abnormal sex acts whenever the warden beckons. Our young novice is put into a cell with a hardened prostitute who soon turns her on to the different ways to please a weird woman like the warden.

Finally, when the sexual demands made on them by the warden become too much, the girls plot to send out a letter to the authorities complaining about the conditions that they are forced to live under. When the warden finds out about this letter through a crooked detective friend of hers, she calls the girls into her office and tells them that the experiences that they've gone through so far are nothing compared to what they're going to go through in the next twenty-four hours. Sexual act, after sexual act, become weirder and weirder as the picture builds to a final dramatic climax. Those last few hours of the girls' life in prison, will go down on record as one of the most wildest most uninhibited scenes ever photographed.
