can put his plan to work, he gets a call from a rich 'art collector' who offers him a diving job. When Michaels meets the 'art collector' at his luxurious Florida estate, he is introduced to Kathy. It is obvious that Kathy belongs to the 'art collector', a Mr. Rogers. Gary is furious at her for not telling him.

Kathy meets Gary secretly that night at a nearby motel and even though he is angry, she soon changes his mood. She tells him that they can continue to meet secretly but that she is afraid to leave Rogers.

It is during Gary's first dive for "Mr. Rogers' that he realizes that Rogers is smuggling drugs. Two of Nick 'Rogers' Delgadi's torpedoes, Angelo and Georgio, stop Gary when he tries to turn the heroin he finds over to the authorities. They shoot Gary full of heroin and leave him in his car for the narcotics squad to find. When Gary comes down from his trip he has to face Dan Biller, an undercover narcotics bureau agent.

Biller believes Michaels' story but tells him that to clear his name he must help trap Delgadi and his gang. With Kathy's help, they set out to learn when the next narcotics drop will take place.

Unfortunately for Kathy, Delgadi has her followed to one of her secret meetings with Gary. Angelo watches as they make love and reports back to Delgadi. When Kathy returns to try to get information from Delgadi, he turns her over to Angelo who beats and rapes her while Delgadi watches.

Next day, Michaels meets with Delgadi who tells him that he will release Kathy if Michaels dives and recovers one more load of heroin. Michaels agrees and reports back to Biller. Together they plan to catch Delgadi with the heroin.

Gary, Kathy, Angelo and Georgio go out in the boat the following day to dive for the heroin. Underwater, Gary surprises Angelo and kills him. Swimming back to the boat, he kills Georgio with a speargun as Georgio is molesting Kathy.

Kathy and Gary are reunited and Biller captures Delgadi to put an end to the smuggling ring.
