In response to an ad placed in the local papers by a Hollywood talent agency, a number of ambitious young men and women apply for work, hoping to get a start in show business. The agency arranges for the most attractive applicants to return later for individual interviews. The applicants are unaware, however, that the agency's primary function is to supply "talent" to a select list of clients with unusual sexual needs rather than to the entertainment industry. The agency's select clientele includes both men and women, civic leaders, bankers, politicians and highly respected well-known people of the community.
When the applicant later returns to the agency for an interview, he or she is given "HYPNOMANISIA", a special drug which temporarily blocks the memory nerves of the brain and greatly intensifies sexual desires. Then, the talent is taken to the agency's secret and very plush "Love Chamber" and turned over to one of the special clients to make use of as desired. The "victim" will retain no memory of the experience no matter

how bizarre the demands on the client might be.
The agency's operations are conducted very smoothly. Before coming to the Love Chamber the clients select a "victim" from a catalog of nude photos of the "talent" applicants. An appointment is made for the use of the Love Chamber and the chosen applicant is told to come to the agency to read a script, there, the talent will be drugged and ready by the time a client arrives for his appointment.
To make the venture even more profitable, the agency secretly takes pictures of the clients during their activities in the Love Chamber, later using the photos to blackmail them, forcing them to make more frequent visits at progressively higher fees.
Business is very good until one of the applicants becomes suspicious and tells her boyfriend, a detective, about the agency. In cooperation with the police he launches an investigation into its activities, and after a shoot-out, the operation is broken up.
