Storyline Teaser for Caressed
Tom, a sensitive young man, cannot concentrate on his studies because he spends most of his waking hours thinking about girls and sex. He is in line for a college scholarship, but may lose it.
Tom and his friend Bill watch the girls stream out of school, their eyes moving appreciatively over some of the better figures. They nudge each other when Elaine, a pert, vacuous blond goes by. Tom would like to ask her for a date, but hasn't the nerve. He says hello casually to Kathy, a plain girl. She and Tom are good friends and often study together.
Tom meets Bill that night and they discuss the one insatiable topic of conversation-girls. They are both eighteen and want desperately to lose their virginity.
Bill telephones an amateur prostitute. She wants twenty-five dollars. Bill hangs up in disgust. They won't admit it to each other, but they are relieved. Tom gets up the nerve to call Elaine for a date. She turns on the

charm and he is fascinated by her. He will call her again.
Tom and Bill go out looking for girls, walking the lonely, dark streets. They meet a friend, Al, noted for his smoothness with women. Al says he will introduce them to a girl he thinks is a nyphomaniac. She has "entertained" several of his friends at once.
The girl's parents are out. She and Al disappear into a bedroom. Tom and Bill will be next. The two boys nervously insist that the other have the honor of going first. A car is heard coming into the driveway. The girls parents are returning. The youths rush out the back door and escape.
Tom takes Elaine out again. She allows him to kiss her. Carried away, his hands begin to explore, but she expertly parries him. A frustrated Tom goes home.
The next day Elaine meets some girlfriends for lunch. They discuss men and sex. One girl remarks that a girl must eventually give in if she wants dates. Elaine disagrees; not until she sees a wedding ring. Elaine and Tam go out often, but she cooly lets him go only so far. After several hot petting sessions, he is miserable with frustration. Elaine subtly brings up the subject of marriage. Tom begins to think about it.
Unable to stand his sexual frustration, Tom goes to a poorer part of town where he finds a prostitute. He watches in fascination, his hands shaking, as she undresses. She lies down on the bed and puts her arms out to him. For a moment he stands frozen, then flees down the dark stairway to the street.
Later, he goes to Kathy's house to study, concealing his growing involvement with Elaine. Something they are reading leads to laughter, then to horseplay. They fall to the couch, laughing and struggling. Tom kisses her. Kathy, wanting him, returns his kisses at first hesitantly. Slowly, purposely, Tom begins to make love to her.
On the day that Tom is awarded his scholarship, Kathy calls him. She is pregnant. Unable to accept the responsibility for Kathy's plight, Tom ignores her pleas for help. Instead, he becomes engaged to the vapid and designing Elaine.
