Tough Leroy Fisk is initiated into the Street Rackets by his buddy Fletch, who takes him to the "Man" Logan. After the Mob trains him, he learns how to make big money Streetfighting. As he rises in his earnings, Fisk is cut in on by Heiniken, a crooked detective who's splitting a cut of the cash with the Mob. Fletch dies trying to help Leroy get the goods on the Boys. Leroy tries to quit, but he's in too deep. He sets up a big money contract deal for "one more fight." Fisk beats Logan's fighter and steps out to be his own man. Two Mob hitmen, Earl and Avon, get a contract to hit Fisk, but the plan goes awry when the bomb misfires and they kill his wife and child by mistake. Fisk sets out on a personal vendetta to find the killers. The trail leads him through the street jungle where a stoolie junkie named Boom-Boom and the underground put him on the track of the real head of

the Organization - Ingo. Fisk comes to grips with the Gangland Chief, who has seen to it that Logan is hit, in true gangland style, because of his incompetence. In a final confrontation at the Gangland leader's mansion, we are drawn into Leroy's mind and see what it has done to him as he undergoes a final involvement with the Underworld.
